These ECUs were produced during a time where many capacitors on the market were defective leading to many of these ECUs having leaking capacitors and causing unrepairable damage to the circuit board. Don't let this be you! With the dwindling supply of OBD1 ECUs it is extremely beneificial and cost effective to save your old ECU. 

This service will include a cleaning and inspection of your circuit board, a full bench test to check functionality before & after, replacement of all necessary capacitors with high quality replacements exceeding OE specification, and reapplication of silicon UV reactive conformal coating.
