At OxyTuned, we strive to ensure that your orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Below, you'll find important information regarding our shipping process, delivery timelines, and shipping carriers.
1. Shipping Carrier
We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) to deliver all orders. USPS is a trusted carrier that provides reliable and cost-effective shipping options for our customers.
2. Order Processing Time
We aim to process and ship all orders within 48 business hours of receiving your order. Business hours are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
3. Custom Orders
For custom orders, including custom ECU/ECM builds, please note that additional time may be required for assembly, tuning, and testing. Custom builds can take up to 2 weeks to complete before they are shipped. We will notify you if your custom order is expected to take longer than the standard processing time.
4. Shipping Times
Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Below are general estimates for USPS delivery times once your order has been shipped:
- Standard Shipping (USPS First-Class or Priority Mail): Typically 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Expedited Shipping (USPS Priority Express): 1–2 business days, depending on the destination.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or USPS handling.
5. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the package. We offer a variety of shipping options, and you can choose the option that best suits your needs.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email, so you can monitor the status of your shipment. You can track your order directly on the USPS website or using the tracking number provided.
7. Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or misdeliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If you realize there is an error with your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to correct it before your order ships.
8. International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping. If you're located outside of the United States and wish to place an order, please contact us directly. Our team will work with you to provide the most suitable shipping options and determine the shipping costs and delivery timeframes for your location. We look forward to assisting international customers with their off-road vehicle tuning and ECU/ECM needs.
9. Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to factors such as high demand, weather conditions, or USPS issues. We appreciate your understanding and patience in these situations.
10. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with USPS to resolve the issue. For damaged items, please retain the packaging and any documentation to assist in the claims process.
